Jennifer Aydin Says Michelle Pais Is “Not A Sh*t Starter” For Saying Joe Gorga Owes Her Husband Money

Reality TV

If anyone is bringing it this season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, it’s Jennifer Aydin. Her drunken antics and family drama has been a welcome relief from the Teresa Giudice/Jackie Goldschneider feud that’s dragged out far too long.

And of course, Jen‘s never afraid to push some buttons, especially when it comes to Melissa Gorga. Let’s take a second to remember when she said Melissa was too self-absorbed to have a kid, despite being a mother of three already. Iconic.

And this season, Jennifer has started with Melissa again. She shared a rumor about newbie Michelle Pais, who claimed to her that Joe Gorga owes her husband Jonathan Steingraber “thousands of dollars.” Although she brought it up for Dolores Catania first, she did eventually tell Melissa who surprisingly didn’t take it out on Jennifer.

Jennifer told Entertainment Tonight that she was even shocked Melissa didn’t explode on her.

“I was on pins and needles when I was thinking of how I was going to present it to her because we just went through this whole fiasco with somebody saying a rumor and it didn’t go so well,” Jennifer said. Good point.

Jennifer thinks she and Melissa are in a good place and is ready to move on from their past. “At the end of the day, she doesn’t bother me. I don’t know if she’s bothered by me.” Something tells us that this won’t last, Jennifer knows her digs at Melissa are just too hilarious to miss.

And the situation finally came to head during this week’s episode of RHONJ. Teresa hosted a pool party where everyone, except Jackie, showed up. Michelle and her husband were there because Tre apparently can’t help but bring people into her life that go after her fam. Joe and Jonathan ended up working it out and the whole thing blew over. However, Michelle still gives off some sketchy vibes.

But Jennifer believes Michelle is innocent and was just speaking her truth about the situation. “She’s not a s**t-starter, but this is relevant information because she is listing Teresa’s house and she felt the need to tell me.”

She also said she understands why Michelle chose to tell Jennifer, despite them meeting for the first time at Evan Goldschneider‘s first birthday party when the whole situation started. “We had communicated via text and through Instagram. So, I feel like we already had some kind of connection and maybe she felt she could trust me.”

She also thinks Michelle might have used Jennifer as a buffer to break the news to Melissa to avoid a bigger blow up. She’s obviously never watched the show before because she obviously doesn’t know Melissa and Jennifer’s history.

“I think Michelle is a straight-up person,” she added. “I think she came to state her truth and the way that it was spun, maybe it backfired.”

While that may be true, Michelle also could be gunning for Melissa’s spot on the cast. Perhaps, she thought exposing her was an easy in.

And despite the back and forth, Tre did what she did best — not get involved. It’s obvious that she was going to list her house with Michelle whether the situation was fixed or not. Despite her talks of family, she really never stands by her brother, even against her ex-husband Joe Giudice. The only thing they really seem to have in common these days is their excessive horniness.
