What are you working on in 2021 that is exciting you?
Hello hello and thanks for sharing the vibe! This year we’re working on a visual EP for our last EP Dunia, which is all about our relationship to nature verses our relationship to technology and how that affects children’s psyche and development…we’re also working on 23 songs some of which will be on our debut album and some of which will come out as singles.
Any new causes you’re supporting that is getting you motivated to do more?
We’re always supporting Earth Conscious companies and only do collaborations with brands that take their impact into account, as well as social justice causes..one of our favorites this past year has been The Conscious Kid, which is an organization that puts children’s book into school that helps educate kids about racism, diversity and equality. We are always motivated by activism and openly support causes that align with us.
How do you keep your motivation?
A hunger for a better world, a desire to see the good in people and this planet in hopes that it’s here for many generations to come. Expressing ourselves through music is the motivation in itself because we just don’t feel right when we’re not creating, it helps us process our emotions and have a healthier relationship with our mind.
There is so much going on in the world, how do you hope that your contribution with your music helps?
We hope to be a voice for nature…we hope it inspires people to get outside and play and respect our land.
