Many Bravolebrities “write” books. Teresa Giudice‘s co-writer is a New York Times Bestselling author multiple times over. Melissa Gorga “wrote” a book where she advocated for marital rape. Margaret Josephs who went through public financial struggles has a book coming out with tips about how to succeed in business.
So, who’s going to hire a ghostwriter next from the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast? Dolores Catania could wax poetic about the virtues being “old school Italian” or on how to get along with an ex. Jennifer Aydin could produce a photo book dedicated to the decor of the sixteen bathrooms in her home or an in-depth explanation of how to apply lip liner. However, none of those literary masterpieces are in the works…. yet. Instead, Jackie Goldschneider is working on a book. And, she’s actually writing it herself, you guys.
According to Page Six, Jackie “loves being able to express herself through humor” and analogies. And, now, she’s writing her own book, but she didn’t mention its premise or give any other information about the content.
Jackie shared, “I’m super excited about that and I’m actually writing it myself, like, not a ghostwriter.” Is that a dig at a table-flipping author who happens to be one of Jackie’s co-stars? She didn’t say.

“What people don’t realize about me is that I love being funny and I love being a witty kind of funny, and a lot of my writing is in that vein of the witty, funny kind of writing,” Jackie said.
While Jackie promises that she’s funny, she’s not interested in taking her talents to the podcast arena, unlike the 98,334,31 reality TV stars who already host podcasts. She said, “I don’t think I would do it because I love a great podcast and I feel like the market is so saturated. I would hate to be a mediocre podcast and I feel like everyone’s fighting for the same content and the same guests. And I don’t like to do anything that I’m not going to be fabulous at” except for making analogies.

Jackie does have a ton of writing experience. Remember when she wrote that profile scathing Jennifer’s parenting during her first season? You know, when she accused Jennifer of spoiling her kids? Jokes aside, she’s written for many publications and she’s very capable of writing her own book. She will join the very small club of Real Housewives cast members who will actually write her own book. I’m just gonna throw out an idea for a title “I win.”
