Ashling Lorger Wants To Be A Chief Stew On Below Deck Or Go On Survivor

Below Deck Ashling Lorger

The thirst is real. If you missed the recent Watch What Happens Live episode where Andy Cohen hosts two of the Below Deck stews, I cannot recommend you go watch enough. Elizabeth Frankini did not let Ashling Lorger off the hook for her fake behavior this season. Actually, neither did Andy. And while Ashling continues to claim her behind-the-back shit talking and to-her-face kindness was “professionalism”, her off-camera commentary just doesn’t seem to end.

Watching the season-long tension build only to have Elizabeth fired in the final episode was chaos! I wanted to watch the 2-stew-crew decide whether or not she really was more work to keep around. Yet another hope dashed by the coronavirus. Either way, I’m feeling optimistic that we’ll have a reunion that is absolutely popping.

Ashling has officially made it clear that the reunion eps won’t be something to miss. She revealed to Daily Mail that viewers can expect to see sparks fly between Elizabeth and chief-stew Francesca Rubi. Ashling shared, “It was pretty fiery. To be honest it was quite tense between Francesca and myself against Elizabeth.” She even admitted that Captain Lee Rosbach had to interfere at one point!  *happy claps* You love to see it.

Besides some light reunion goss, Ashling also shared her own personal aspirations as well. She said,  “I’d love to do Survivor or I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, something like that.” Basically she just wants to hop onto the next reality show that will take her. Which is fascinating, since she seems to see herself as non-contentious aka BORING for the TV screen. But alright. It’s probably not lost on her that several recent Survivors have hopped on over to the various MTV competition shows as well. This one is looking to make some money moves for sure.

Ashling would disagree, though. She said, “I think my personality is very flexible. I know I can appear as a real girly girl but if you want me to get down and dirty with snakes and mud I’m all there!” I do think she would be good at pulling off some epic Survivor blindsides. I’d also love to see her scrap over a tarp and that last coconut bowl of rice. Maybe she has some hope after all…

But Survivor and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! aren’t Ashling’s only options. She also admitted that she would be content to return to the Bravo screen as a chief stew. She said, “I think I could definitely become the Chief Stew for sure! I could definitely see myself being the Chief Stew.” This girls vision board is all over the place. Pick a lane!

Maybe the reunion won’t be the last we see of Ashling!
