Tamra Judge Says Emily Simpson Is “A Social Media Gangster, But She’s Like Watching Paint Dry” On Real Housewives Of Orange County

Reality TV

Emily Simpson Tamra Judge

Technically speaking, Emily Simpson was introduced to Real Housewives of Orange County fans as a friend of Tamra Judge. In reality, we all know a casting department chose her and she had some very loose connection to Tamra. They were not friends and it doesn’t seem like that’s ever gonna happen.

Ever since Tamra got fired “left” the show, she’s been running her mouth left and right in her quest to get back on the show (that she shouldn’t have been fired on…. evidenced by my many yawns in her absence). And, she also has a lot to say about Emily not “making good TV.” But, hey, at least Emily is on TV. Unlike Tamra…

During an interview on the Everything Iconic With Danny Pellegrino podcast, Tamra was asked about Emily being much more vocal on social media than what we’ve seen on the show. Tamra declared, “She’s a social media gangster, but when she’s on the show, she’s like watching paint dry.”

However, Tamra does not think that Emily hired people to do her social media posts for her. Instead, she theorized, “She’s one of those people, that behind the keyboard can say and do whatever she wants, but as soon as the cameras are on, she can’t.”

Tamra continued, “And, that’s where I feel like you’re a good Housewife or you’re not a good Housewife. I’m not saying that Emily’s a bad person. I just don’t think she’s good for TV.  And that’s my personal opinion.” And, no, unfortunately she didn’t yell “That’s my opinion!” Unfortunately.

Tamra feels that “a lot of people are so worried about their image on TV, and then they self-produce themselves. They don’t say the things they want to say. And those are people who need to be fired.” And if anyone knows about getting fired, it’s Tamra.
