Kenya Moore Insists She’s Not Stirring The Pot By Discussing Co-Stars’ Stripper Hookup; Says If Something Happens While Filming It’s Fair To Discuss

Kenya Moore Real Housewives Of Atlanta

Real Housewives of Atlanta fans have heard all about Porsha Williams and Tanya Sam’s “alleged” hookup with exotic dancer Michael Bolwaire at Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party. Normally, Cynthia’s “annual” events only happen one time and fail to provide interesting content. But, this one might come through for us.

Tanya, who has been engaged to Paul Judge for centuries, denied the hookup. Newly single Porsha doesn’t seem to be at-all-phased by the chatter. In contrast, Tanya reportedly just stopped filming. So, where does Kenya Moore fit into all this? She’s carrying the spoon, ready to stir the pot, of course. However, that’s not exactly how she sees it.

Kenya told Entertainment Tonight that she doesn’t consider herself to be a pot stirrer since it’s her job to talk about what’s going on in her co-stars’ lives. She commented, “This is what I don’t like about my position on the show.”

Kenya explained, “If I’m an honest voice, and I call people out, then somehow I’m a villain. But if it were me and I got caught, shtupping the stripper, you know, that came to the bachelorette party, I would have been dragged from here to California, you know what I mean?” Well, she is (technically) married, albeit in an extremely complicated relationship.

In regard to the hookup, Kenya claimed, “I heard a lot — and other people heard a lot, very specific things. Very specific things and very specific voices.” Clearly, that last sentence is a dig at Tanya and her distinctive voice, which Kenya mimicked on the show last season.

“I don’t think that it’s fair that people will call that pot-stirring,” Kenya declared about discussing the hookup. She explained, “We are a cast, and we are in a cast house, and if something happens like that in a cast house while you are working, then it should be discussed. You can’t do that at McDonald’s! You can’t go in the bathroom at McDonald’s and have sex with someone and think it’s OK because hey, you know, you were in the closet. No. You’re at work.”

And, again, this party was technically a work commitment. These people signed up (and get paid to) go to events and discuss what (or who) goes down.

TELL US- IS KENYA STIRRING THE POT BY DISCUSSING THE HOOKUP? OR IS SHE SIMPLY DOING HER JOB? ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS STORYLINE? OR ARE YOU TIRED OF IT ALREADY?
