U.S. Girls’ Meg Remy has announced a new collection of essays called Begin by Telling. It arrives in the United States on April 21 and in Canada on March 16 ( via Book*hug Press). Its announcement opens with this description:

Never forget /
to connect the dots /
This book is an attempt to connect a couple.

Meg Remy’s most recent album as U.S. Girls, Heavy Light, came out in March. It made the Short List for Canada’s 2020 Polaris Prize. She recently remixed Seth Bogart’s “Boys Who Don’t Wanna Be Boys” and shared a new Christmas song called “Santa Stay Home.”
