Vanderpump Rules: All The Possible Reasons Jax Taylor Was Fired

Movies

Fans are counting all the possible reasons Jax Taylor could have been fired from Vanderpump Rules. While Jax may not have seen this coming, since he was recently chatting about the newest season, Bravo fans knew it was only a matter of time before the villain was dethroned.

The 41-year-old was a hot mess from the start of the show. Between his serial cheating and breaking up friendships, no one thought he could pull it together to live any resemblance of a normal life. In a move that shocked every fan, he met southern belle Brittany Cartwright who made it her mission to make Jax her project and fix him up. Jax mostly came across as a bully, which led fans down a love-hate relationship with him. But more often than not, his loud mouth and entitled attitude would get him in trouble.

The network has finally decided to cut ties with Jax and his wife. After seven years and an actual OG of the show, both he and his wife revealed on Friday that both of them had decided not to come back for the next season. There has been minimal comment from Bravo, but there is already a pile of ideas as to why he finally let go.

While it is still unclear about why they were let go, many think it is a good move for the show. Jax had a litany of issues that needed to be addressed from day one, but he was also green-lighted to continue for some reason. As he said goodbye to his fans, Jax wrote, “the last eight years on Vanderpump Rules have been some of the most challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling years of my life. Although this is difficult to share, Brittany and I will not be returning for another season of Vanderpump Rules.” One of the main reasons fans believe he was let go was his involvement with Stassi Schroder and Kristen Doute’s accusations against Faith Stowers. Jax also tweeted about Faith back in 2017 when a fan asked if she should become a permanent member of the show. The reality star wrote, “She’s wanted by the police for grand theft auto and ‘awol’ from military, bad idea to be on a reality show dude. Someone’s going to jail.” Let’s also not forget that Faith was one of the many women he dated and cheated on within his career as a bartender at SUR.

Bravo producers have always tried to sell viewers on the Jax has changed the narrative, but we never did get to see his good side. At this year’s reunion, he was accused of bullying female cast members. The couple found themselves in hot water and unable to play dumb when it was revealed that Brittany’s pastor was homophobic. The couple continued to claim they had only ever seen one tweet, but if any fan were to Google, a plethora of information shows he was not a good man. Jax himself is also a homophobe and has publicly mocked Ariana Madix for coming out as bisexual.

If all this information weren’t enough reason to fire the washed-up reality star, let’s not forget about his second-degree theft charge stemming from an incident in July 2015 where he stole sunglasses for Brittany in Hawaii. Not only were the sunglasses valued at over $300, he actually pretended he bought them for his then-girlfriend as a gift. Fans are tired of seeing terribly bad behavior rewarded and had called for his removal for the past year, but the request fell on deaf ears until now. While the network has yet to confirm the real reason, any one of these would be sufficient to send him back to Florida and become a mere mortal.
