After Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were fired for their racist behaviors (along with forgotten newbies Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens), some Vanderpump Rules fans wanted Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright to get fired from the show too.
Faith Stowers alleged that Brittany made racist remarks against her, which Brittany denied. Many of Jax’s past comments have resurfaced. Faith, Billie Lee, and even 90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson called for Bravo to fire Jax.
Welp, apparently Jax and Brittany are done with the show, which they both announced separately via Instagram.
Jax told his followers, “The last 8 years on Vanderpump Rules have been some of the most challenging, rewarding and fulfilling years of my life. Although this is difficult to share, Brittany and I will not be returning for another season of Vanderpump Rules.”

Jax claimed said, “We are excited to take this time to focus on our growing family and share with you our new endeavors.” What’s “exciting” about ditching a Bravo paycheck after moving into a million-dollar home when you have a child on the way? That just sounds like a truck load of anxiety to me.
Nevertheless, Jax continued that whole amicable parting of ways thing. Jax wrote, “@bravotv, @evolutionusa and our Vanderpump castmates will always remain close to our hearts. Thank you to all the fans who have shared our journey with us and supported us through everything. We love you. Stay tuned, We can’t wait for to share what we have planned. Have a great weekend.”

What could they have planned other than a bunch of sponsored baby-centered content and some reality TV pitches for shows that will never get picked up? Welp, then again, there’s Marriage Bootcamp.
Jax and Brittany’s publicist Brittany wrote a nearly identical statement on her Instagram page.
Considering that Jax very recently discussed the alleged timeline for shooting the next season, it’s clear that this “decision” wasn’t a long time coming on his end. Most likely, they both got fired. Or at least Jax probably did.
