Music, News

The Strokes were the musical guests on Saturday Night Live last night (October 31), where they performed a pair of songs from their latest album The New Abnormal: “The Adults Are Talking” and “Bad Decisions.” John Mulaney hosted for the second time this year—he last appeared on the show in late February. Watch both performances and Mulaney’s opening monologue below.

The Strokes have been on SNL four times over the course of their career, and this week also marked the fourth time hosting for Mulaney. Before last night, the Strokes’ most recent appearance on the show was in 2011, supporting Angles. Dave Chappelle was announced as the host for next week (November 7) during the broadcast, but no musical guest was revealed at the time.
