Kristen Doute Wants Vanderpump Rules To Be Canceled So She Can Do A New Show With Her Friends

The friends that dumped her? This is what hope looks like, you guys. But hey, it’s 2020 and I think we can all use a laugh some optimism. Kristen Doute never had an easy ride on Vanderpump Rules. While she was firmly entrenched in the Witches of WeHo coven, she was also expendable. But sleeping with your best friend’s ex-boyfriend on your current boyfriend’s couch isn’t the best way to prove your loyalty. Kristen will never be the #1 girl in this group.

Kristen was fired from Pump Rules, along with Stassi Schroeder. They filed a false police report against the chick Jax Taylor used as a straycation from Brittany Cartwright. The fate of the show returning is currently with the Bravo gods, but the cast has taken a hit. A program that revolves around a restaurant in the midst of a pandemic might be a goner. That said, SUR has reopened for business, which means filming could potentially resume. Now Kristen says she hopes the show does not return at all, because she’s anxious to make a television comeback.

Kristen wants to be on tv again. People in Hell want ice water, so it’s good to want things. Kristen considers herself an “entertainer at heart” and hopes to catch another gig with her buddies. Not too sure who is out there ready to employ people with no life skills for a mass audience, but anything is possible.

In an interview with HollywoodLife, Kristen shared, “I was acting before Vanderpump Rules happened.” In what? Do we have evidence of this acting career? Kristen explained she hopes Pump Rules gets another season, but if it doesn’t she won’t have the sads. Because then a magical door will open for a bunch of individuals with rank personalities to continue their legacy!

Kristen said, “I’m so grateful that Vanderpump Rules happened. I hope that they get a next season, but in my heart of hearts I [also] don’t so that we can all do something together…” There’s nothing I would rather see than Lala Kent raging on someone for no discernible reason with a baby on her hip. I know the universe is holding a collective breath until Stassi is back on television waxing poetic about ranch dressing and her love of all things racist basic, whilst comparing the benefits of breast milk over formula.

In the interim, Kristen has been promoting her new book and her James Mae clothing line. If the show does not get picked up again, quite a few VPR alums might find themselves scraping to make that mortgage payment. And paying for diapers. So it’s a safe bet Jax, Brittany, Lala, and Stassi will be clawing at some unsuspecting network’s door to pitch Vanderpump Rules 2.0: The Fired and Knocked Up.

Kristen added, “I loved what we did for almost a decade and I would do it again in a heartbeat.” Well yeah, it was an easy check to imbibe alcohol on camera and get paid to take trips. Too bad it didn’t mean enough to avoid illegally accusing someone of a crime or keeping racism in check. May the thirst be with you!
