Danielle Staub has finally given up her dreams of being a full-time cast member on Real Housewives of New Jersey. After doing all the dirty work as a part-time cast member for three seasons, she announced her “retirement” from the series, which was pretty silly considering that she had zero friends in the cast. Obviously, she wasn’t going to film again, but that “choice” was hardly her own.
However, the show did resort to bringing in Danielle when the actual cast members weren’t generating enough drama, which seemingly meant that the door was always open for a Danielle Staub comeback, and by that I mean, an overly exploited and underpaid appearance or two. Welp, that ship has sailed. Danielle went in on Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen, calling out his alleged party habits in addition to claiming that Andy used her to become friends with Kelly Ripa.
Now, her former publicist Steve Honig denied her many claims, describing her comments about Andy as “disgraceful” during an interview with The Blast. For the record, this is the same person that represents Jim Edmonds post-divorce and took on Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute as clients post-firing, so that’s really putting things in perspective.

He continued, “She was always shown empathy and understanding and given a fair platform on which to express herself. I find her comments to be untrue and, quite frankly, disgraceful.”
