Faith Evans Felony Domestic Violence Case Dropped

Music, News

After being arrested last month for felony domestic violence, the case against Faith Evans has been dropped, TMZ reports. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office claimed the case was dropped after Evans’ husband, producer Stevie J, declined to testify against Evans.

Police previously claimed that when they arrived to Evans and Stevie J’s home, Stevie had “visible marks and scratches” on his face following a verbal altercation between the couple. Evans was reportedly arrested and released on bond later that same day. Stevie J has since publicly said that they’re still together.
