Adam Wingard‘s fight film Godzilla vs. Kong has been officially moved out of its November 2020 release date, we’ve learned tonight, now set for release on May 21st, 2021.
The other day, Godzilla vs. Kong was officially rated PG-13, the same rating given to previous MonsterVerse films Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
Godzilla vs. Kong is “Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of creature violence/destruction and brief language.”
The epic adventure will pit two of the greatest icons in motion picture history against one another – the fearsome Godzilla and the mighty Kong – with humanity caught in the balance…

As Monarch embarks on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain and unearths clues to the Titans’ origins, a human conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures, both good and bad, from the face of the earth forever.”
