Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Hayden Thorpe (formerly of Wild Beasts) have shared a new collaborative single. It’s called “Unknown Song” and it marks the first time the two UK musicians have worked together. “We are in the midst of a crisis but gaining that new appreciation of dancing together is a small positive that I hope to hold onto after all of this,” Goddard said in a press release. Hot Chip’s most recent album A Bath Full of Ecstasy was released last year. Following the dissolution of Wild Beasts, Thorpe released his first solo album Diviner in 2019.
