Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey has been given a few surprises recently. On July 26, 2019 Cynthia’s boyfriend, Mike Hill, popped the question at the opening of Cynthia’s The Bailey WineCellar. It was a sweet proposal, and it included Mike daughter, Kayla, and Cynthia’s daughter, Noelle Robinson.
In an episode of RHOA that aired in November of 2019, Noelle confided in her mother that she was sexually fluid. Noelle began to explore her sexuality while she was a freshman at Howard University.
According to People, at the time, Noelle said, “It really just came out of nowhere. I wasn’t really expecting that to happen.” She added, “People try to box everyone in and put labels on everything, but I don’t really do that. I just like who I like, and that’s just what it is,” Noelle stated. “There’s a lot of attractive guys, and there’s a lot of attractive girls.”
Cynthia completely supported her daughter. And now it looks like Noelle has found love, too. Noelle is dating YouTuber, and Howard alumna, Alexis Powell. The couple made their relationship social media official in March. They may have been inspired by Cynthia and Mike’s couple nickname (CHill), and debuted their own couple name on social media: “Nolex.” I love that!

The duo has been busy making TikTok videos for Noelle’s account while they have been in Atlanta during the coronavirus outbreak. Alexis also got in on the fun by posting some prank videos. She also shared diaries from a recent Vegas trip to her Instagram and YouTube account. The content features Noelle.
On March 17, Noelle posted a photo to Instagram showing her holding a gorgeous white and black flower arrangement with the initial “N” in the center. “Wow okay I’m in love,” Noelle posted. Alexis responded in the comments, “Anything for you,” with a blowing kisses emoji.

So how did the happy couple meet? According to Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Alexis revealed the answer in a recent Instagram Stories Q & A. Alexis said that she met Noelle at school when “she let me interview her for YouTube.” During that Q & A, a fan asked if Alexis was dating anyone. Alexis panned the camera over to Noelle and asked, “Are we dating?” “Yes!” Noelle responded.
In November of 2019, Cynthia told PeopleTV’s Reality Check “I’ve always tried to be the kind of parent to Noelle to make her feel like she can tell me anything.” I admire the way that Cynthia loves, and respects, her daughter. “As soon as I knew this was a life choice and this is who she was, I was like, ‘You tell your own story, that way you don’t have to worry about anyone else telling it for you,’” Cynthia added.
