It is is a tough time all around the world thanks to the Coronavirus outbreak. Many people are sick. Health professionals are working hard around the clock. So many businesses have closed, leaving many people without a paycheck.

However, that’s not the case for the Hollman Lockers employees. Real Housewives of Dallas star Stephanie Hollman’s husband Travis Hollman has pledged to pay all of his employees their normal salaries even though many of them are confined to their homes in quarantine.

On March 19, Travis shared this news with his Twitter followers. The RHOD husband tweeted, “Extremely sad at the layoffs. We have a responsibility to keep our employees employed. @HollmanLockers is going to keep paying for a 40 week. I am meeting with our 285 employees today to let them know they are safe and can feed their families. #timetolead #DoTheRightThing.” We assume by “meeting” he meant virtually or at a safe social distance, of course.

In an Instagram post, Travis wrote, “We are guaranteeing our 285 employees full pay until at least May 1 !!! No matter what. No layoffs!!! We will do what we can to help our @hollmanlockers family. We are all in this together.”

Stephanie tweeted that she is “so proud of” Travis, which she should be. There are a lot of people suffering to pay their bills at this time. It’s great that the Hollman Lockers employees will be able to focus on their health and their families.

Stephanie elaborated even more in an Instagram post. In addition to reiterating Travis’ promise to pay everyone no matter what, Stephanie explained, “It is important to do the right thing at a time like this instead of focusing on profits. We hope that other companies that are able to take care of their employees will follow.”

Stephanie concluded, “We are all in this together. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. Be kind to each other and have faith that better days are coming.”

D’Andra Simmons‘ mom Momma Dee tweeted in the first person to give Travis some praise. She wrote, “Travis, Momma Dee is so very proud of you. Your so kind, caring, and thoughtful. You definitely remind me of my sweet Glenn. He always took care of employees during difficult times. Thank you Travis!”
