It’s still playing in theaters and we’ve just learned tonight that Cathy Yan’s Birds of Prey will be available for digital purchase next week, less than two months after its theatrical arrival.

Warner Bros., in response to the coronavirus wreaking havoc on the box office, will close the usual theatrical window and release Birds of Prey digitally on March 24th.

Variety reports tonight:

“The film is expected to cost $19.99 on platforms such as Amazon and iTunes, and will be available for rental in April according to Fandango, which is partly owned by Warner Bros.”
