First Look: Reboot of Steven Spielberg’s “Amazing Stories” Coming to Apple TV+ in March

Created by Steven Spielberg, the series “Amazing Stories” premiered on NBC in September ’85, and it featured horror, sci-fi and fantasy tales directed by legends like Bob Clark, Joe Dante, Martin Scorsese, Tom Holland, Tobe Hooper, and Spielberg himself. A reboot of the series is coming to Apple TV+, and we’ve got a date and first look photo (above) today.

The reboot, executive produced by Spielberg, arrives on March 6th. The photo above comes from the episode titled “The Rift,” which was directed by Mark Mylod.

The cast for the new series includes Kerry Lynn Bishe, Dylan O’Brien, Victoria Pedretti, Josh Holloway, Sasha Alexander, and the late Robert Forster.

“Once Upon a Time” creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz will serve as exec producers and showrunners for Apple’s new “Amazing Stories.”

The series, from Universal TV and Amblin Television, will transport us to worlds of wonder through the lens of today’s most imaginative filmmakers, directors and writers.

“Amazing Stories” is executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey, Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.
