The Royal family’s Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle’s Christmas card is revealed. The adorable snap of the family of three is dominated by baby Archie.
Markle was building her acting career by starring on Suits and as a model for Deal or No Deal, when she began her relationship with Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, back in June 2016. She was set up on a blind date by a mutual friend and the two immediately hit it off. Their engagement was announced on November 27th, 2017 and announced that she would retire from acting and became a British citizen. She and Harry were married on May 19th, 2018 at Windsor Castle. Just a year later, on May 6th, 2019, Markle became a mother for the first time when she gave birth to seventh in line to the English throne, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, who is now 8-months-old.
There seemed to be quite a lot of controversy surrounding the fact that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to spend their first Christmas as a family of three away from England. Followers of the Royal family thought this was a direct snub to the Queen of England. Regardless, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are enjoying their first Christmas as parents. The Queen’s Commonwealth’s Twitter shared Meghan and Harry’s first-ever Christmas card as a family, and baby Archie really stole the show – see the adorable snap below:

The seventh in line to the English throne, Archie, is seen taking up almost half the photo as he is in the foreground and his Royal parents are in the background laughing and smiling. The adorable black and white snap shows the little family resting in front of a large decorated Christmas tree. The card reads, “Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year” and near the bottom of the card, reads, “from our family to yours.”
The festive snap really shows off the delight of having their first Christmas experiences with their adorable son. It seems that while some people are unhappy with them going to Canada to spend Archie’s first Christmas instead of with his great-grandmother the Queen, it seems they’re making the right decisions for the happiness for their family.
