Horror

Up next from Scott Derrickson is the horror-heavy sequel Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness for Marvel, and the Sinister director revealed tonight that he’s making his return to rated “R” horror in the immediate wake of his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

I’m often asked if I’ll ever return to R-rated horror. The answer is a resounding YES,” Derrickson tweeted tonight. “After Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness, I’ll go straight into a horror film I’ve already written with [C. Robert Cargill].”

Cargill, who co-wrote Sinister and Doctor Strange with Derrickson, then tweeted: “Might as well also tell you that it’s an adaptation of a Joe Hill joint. Can’t wait to make it.”

Everything else we gotta keep quiet ATM,” Cargill added.
