Third Installment in The Conjuring Receives Title!

Horror

One of the most anticipated films of 2020 has finally revealed its full title.

New Line Cinema announced earlier today that the 3rd installment of the Conjuring will officially be titled; THE CONJURING: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT, and will be directed by THE CURSE OF LA LLORONA’S director Michael Chaves.

The synopsis of the film has also seemingly been released as well and is as follows:

“The Devil Made Me Do It reveals a chilling story of terror, murder and unknown evil that shocked even experienced real-life paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. One of the most sensational cases from their files, it starts with a fight for the soul of a young boy, then takes them beyond anything they’d ever seen before, to mark the first time in U.S. history that a murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.”

Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga return to reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren in the seventh film in The Conjuring Universe, which is the largest horror franchise in history, having grossed in excess of $1.8 billion dollars worldwide.

THE CONJURING: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT hits theaters nationwide on September 11, 2020.
