Godzilla vs Kong Pushed Back to November 2020!

Horror

Whenever a film gets pushed back you have to wonder what’s wrong. Are there production issues? Post perhaps? It might be a marketing ploy from the studio in order to garner the most butts in the seats.

It’s happened with the biggest fight of 2020.

Originally scheduled for March 13, 2020, GODZILLA vs KONG has been pushed back to almost a year from now on November 11, 2020. Toby Emmerich from WB had this to say;

“[Godzilla vs Kong] will deliver for fans in the way they were looking for. It might come out later in the year, so we can deliver an A+ movie.”

The story so far for the film is as follows:

“In a time when monsters walk the Earth, humanity’s fight for its future sets Godzilla and Kong on a collision course that will see the two most powerful forces of nature on the planet collide in a spectacular battle for the ages. As Monarch embarks on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain and unearths clues to the Titans’ origins, a human conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures, both good and bad, from the face of the earth forever.”

The film is being directed by Adam Wingard who is famous for You’re Next, Blair Witch and A Horrible Way to Die.
