A new developer diary has appeared for Capcom’s Iceborne expansion for Monster Hunter: World, detailing the recent updates for the game. The panel for the video includes executive/art director Kaname Fujioka and director Ichihara Daisuke, and includes topics such as the recent addition of Rajang, Layered Armor, a new volcanic region for the Guiding Lands, and more.

Some highlights include the new Rajang armor set, which features a number of offensive properties, Gold Rathian and Silver Rathalos getting Tempered versions, room visits that allow players to visit each others’ rooms and decorate their own, and the base game’s armor now available as Layered Armor to craft. No word on the upcoming Resident Evil 2 crossover, but it’s safe to say that Capcom will make the reveal as Halloween creeps closer.

Monster Hunter: World, which has now sold a combined 14 million copies worldwide, and it’s Iceborne expansion, is currently available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version will see a release January 2020.
