Sony has confirmed that their next State of Play will happen on September 24th. So, why is that important? Well, as was mentioned two weeks ago, Naughty Dog’s highly-anticipated The Last of Us Part 2 will be having a media event the same day. But even before all of that, however, it seems that we may have already gotten our first leak from the event from a listing on Swiss retailer Softridge.
Nothing is confirmed as of yet, but the listing on the Softridge page reveals that the release date for TLOU2 is February 28, 2020. This would coincide with Ellie’s voice actress Ashley Johnson dropping the February hint back in June.
Again, we won’t know officially until the State of Play event/Naughty Dog media event. But if that release date proves to be true…
