What can you say about Encino’s hottest new couple? Well, quite a lot actually. Dorit Kemsley’s legal battles haven’t been heavily featured on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but I’m not sure they can avoid it much longer. We are all very aware of the financial crisis Dorit and husband PK Kemsley are currently facing. Even though the only cast member with balls enough to mention it is no longer on the show. Speaking of balls, PK is choking juggling several as he navigates a legal war involving $1.2 million.
Do you believe in Karma? Or maybe PK just bit off more than he can run from chew. I think the dog formerly known as Lucy Lucy Apple Vodka with a Splash of Soda is probably luxuriating in a velvet bed, happily reading the latest reports. PK was loaned some money in 2011 by a man named Nicos Kirzis. After stumbling on gambling debts hard times, PK filed for bankruptcy in the United Kingdom. According to PK, the $1.2 million debt was exonerated in the transaction. According to Nicos, that’s a bunch of crap. Now the saga of Nicos’ journey to get his damn money back continues. In a fun twist, Nicos is setting his sights on the UK.
Seriously, PK and Dorit cannot seem to get a break in this case. Maybe just pay back the money so it all goes away at this point? I’m sure mega-rich Lisa Vanderpump would be more than willing to dip into her couch cushions for her great friends. Oh, well…
PK has been on a mission to prove he is not responsible to pay Nicos the $1.2 million. Dorit had to suffer the humiliation of having her finances examined, along with PK’s, as a result of the lawsuit. Dorit was even threatened with jail if she didn’t show up to court! Sadly, this did nothing to elevate Dorit’s street cred. Now we have an update!

Sometimes when discussing Dorit and PK’s multiple money woes, many of us are all, “WHAT ABOUT THE ACCOUNTS PK MIGHT/ALLEGEDLY/POSSIBLY BE HIDING?” Looks like Nicos was wondering the same thing. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, PK has now been questioned about an overseas bank account.
Nicos wants that moolah! He has requested any money in the UK account to be seized. Which is the same thing that happened to Dorit’s private US account of less than $30k. During the hearing, the judge heard from both parties on the dispute. A decision was not made, but another hearing has been set.

September is turning out to be kind of an expensive month for PK and Dorit… The judge is tired of this now seeking more information regarding the UK bank account before he issues an order. Basically what this means is, PK is screwed might lose another account.
Legal papers show Nicos stated, “Despite living in a multi-million dollar mansion and being featured on a show highlighting his and his wife’s wealth and opulent lifestyle, Mr. Kemsley steadfastly refuses to pay his debts.” Huh, I guess maybe it does kind of look that way. You know, if we’re not being distracted by a scam masquerade of misplaced blame and victimhood.

Let us not forget Dorit and PK’s other monetary concerns. Taxes. The couple were slammed with two federal tax liens over an ALLEGED $1 million in back taxes. The first was against Dorit and PK for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second was for PK alone because he’s special! An additional $289,423.67 was tacked on for 2014 and 2016 respectively. That comes out to a nice figure of $925,310.90. Someone is gonna have to start clipping Balmain coupons, y’all!

As you know, the case is ongoing. But something tells me PK might have to pony up the bucks and pay Nicos. I don’t think he is going away any time soon. Stay tuned!
TELL US- WILL PK EVER PAY THIS GUY BACK? DO YOU BELIEVE THE DEBT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED OFF IN THE BANKRUPTCY? ARE YOU HOPING TO SEE THIS PLAY OUT ON RHOBH?
