Does anybody have some extra sage? If so, it might need to be sent to Dorit and PK Kemsley. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has received yet another blow to her wallet. This woman needs to get rid of her husband negative energy! We are all aware of Dorit and PK’s financial issues. Not that anyone tried to sweep it under the rug. To sum it up, people have been trying to collect money from the Kemsleys since PK ran away from England a 2011 bankruptcy filed in the United Kingdom.
The Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was after PK for a while. He owed them about $3 million in unpaid markers from 2013. Thankfully, the suit was settled this year. That freed up time for PK to move onto the next person looking for their money back. This is when the saga of Nicos Kirzis began, and Nico is a man who wants his $1.2 million in loaned funds returned. After a judge just ruled in his favor, Nicos is one step closer to repayment.
Because of the lawsuit(s) initiated by Nicos wanting a payback on funds, PK has been in and out of court. Both he and Dorit had to have their finances examined and submit to questioning regarding their income and assets. Dorit was most recently trying to protect her frozen bank account dollars. A judge had put a hold on the money until after last week’s hearing. Additionally, the courts shut down PK’s plea to block Dorit from testifying. We knew Dorit visited the courtroom on Sept. 5 and 6, was grilled, and discharged. No further information was available. Until now!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dorit has “lost her battle to save $30,000 of her money.” A Los Angeles judge determined the $29,634.10 in Dorit’s account will now be sized and handed over to Mr. Kirzis. Originally, Dorit originally argued the money was solely hers. She said PK had not contributed anything to the amount in her name. Well, win some, lose some I guess. In this case, she lost about 30 grand.

Apparently, PK and Dorit had a change of heart because they mutually agreed to stop fighting over the $29k. Unfortunately, it won’t put much of a dent in the $1,235,573.66 outstanding balance. I’m sure the lender would also like for the couple to mutually agree to paying back the remaining $1,205,939.56.
PK continues to deny he owes the $1.2 million. His claim it was charged off in the UK bankruptcy is still under dispute. Mr. Kirzis is not having it! The case remains ongoing.

TELL US- WILL DORIT AND PK BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONEY? DO YOU THINK THE LOAN SHOULD BE APPLIED TO THE BANKRUPTCY? SHOULD THEY JUST AGREE TO PAY NICOS BACK?
