Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat has announced a new album called Princess Catgirl, set to drop on September 20 (via Mad Love/Interscope). It’s led by the single “EMOTIONS,” which arrives with a music video starring the titular Princess Catgirl. The video, directed by Jake Schreier, motion captures Margaret Qualley as the animated Catgirl. Watch below.

“She’s very cute and powerful,” Cashmere Cat said of Princess Catgirl in a press release. “I’ve always been shy—since the beginning of being an artist I would hide my face, not want to do interviews, hide behind other artists. I guess you could say I was scared. So I created Princess Catgirl to be the face of my music. She makes me feel safe.”

Princess Catgirl follows Cashmere Cat’s 2017 debut 9.
